Custom Assessments

Lewis Inquiries uses an organization’s competency models and custom competency models to create assessments that are customized to an organization’s needs and leadership levels.

Our coaches customize the competency model and questions based on the organizational context, culture and strategy and use the Custom Insight assessment platform to deliver these to clients along with developmental feedback.
